Rental Policy

Reservation and Rental Duration

1. Reservations must be made online and are subject to availability.
2. Rental durations are based on full-day or multi-day periods. Equipment must be returned by the last day of the rental or the following morning to avoid additional charges.
3. Equipment pickup will be handled on a first come first serve basis. Plan for extra time during holidays and weekends, as waits may be experienced.
4. Rental Requests made within 24 hours of pickup are not guaranteed.

Rental Fees

1. Rental fees are charged based on the duration and type of equipment rented.
2. All discounts and final prices are calculated and applied at the time of pickup.
3. Late returns may incur additional charges.

Equipment Care

1. Renters are responsible for the care and safekeeping of rented equipment.
2. Any damage beyond normal use can result in additional charges. See Equipment Coverage below.
3. Credit card information may be collected and withheld for security purposes of equipment rentals, i.e. demo skis, Burton snowboards, and a la carte boot rentals.

Safety and Responsibility

1. Renters must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the rental company and state responsibility codes.
2. Proper use of equipment is the responsibility of the renter and only to be used within resort boundaries on marked trails.
3. The rental company is not liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from the use of rented equipment. See Ski and Snowboard Rental Agreement, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability for more details.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Deposit refunds will be issued for cancellations made with 24-hour notice. Cancellations within this timeframe forfeit all deposits.
2. Any unused rental days will be issued a “snow-check” for future use/credit. We do not issue refunds or credits due to inclement weather.
3. Only book/reserve for known on-snow days, adding days is preferred, as “cash” refunds will not be issued.

Equipment Coverage

1. Equipment coverage options are available for an additional fee to cover damage incurred under normal use.
2. Coverage only applies to repairable damage under normal use, not theft, loss or gross negligence.
3. Renters are responsible for additional costs associated with repairs and/or equipment replacement.

Age Restrictions

1. Renters must be of legal age to enter into a legally binding agreement.
2. Minors must have parental or legal guardian consent to rent equipment. Renters under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at the time of pickup.

Alcohol and Drug Policy

1. Renters under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to rent equipment.
2. The rental company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of being under the influence.

Acknowledgement of Risks

1. Renters acknowledge the inherent risks associated with skiing and snowboarding.
2. Renters assume all responsibility for their actions while using rented equipment.

Compliance with Laws

1. Renters must comply with all local laws and regulations while using rented equipment.
