What are your rental policies?

Equipment reservations are based on availability. We will do our best to fill your reservation but there may be high volume times when desired equipment is not available. Renters under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent who will sign the release agreement. Our full rental policy can be viewed by clicking here.

What is your cancellation policy?

Rental requests made within 24 hours of pickup are not guaranteed. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS FORFEITS ALL PRE-PAYMENTS.

What is included with my rental?

Ski package includes skis, boots, bindings, and poles. Snowboard package includes board, binding with leash, and boots.

Do you offer season-long rentals?

We offer season rentals for both skis and snowboards at all locations. The equipment is yours to keep upon renting until April 15th. You can bring it in at any time for a resize or repair. Please contact the store nearest you for more details.

What happens if equipment is lost, stolen, or broken?

We offer equipment damage protection for $2.00 per day that will cover breakage under normal usage. If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged due to negligence, you will be responsible for repair and/or replacement costs.

Do you offer group rates?

We offer group rates for large groups of 15 or more. Please contact the store nearest you for more details.
