Equipment & Rates

To ensure that you only book the days you need, please select the day you’ll be skiing or snowboarding as your rental start date. You’re welcome to pick up your rentals the day before after 4 PM, so you’re all set to hit the slopes first thing in the morning. Rentals must be returned by 10 AM the day after your rental period ends (the day following the last date selected).

If you have your own boots, no problem! While our online packages automatically include boots, we’re happy to offer a discount in-store if you bring your own. Just let us know when you arrive, and we’ll adjust your rental package accordingly. Boots must be inspected for compatibility upon arrival.

Extended sizes available. Choose the nearest size online, and we'll assist you with extended sizing at pickup.

All boot measurements will be confirmed at pickup to ensure proper fit.

Experience Level

Type I Cautious - Entry-level skiers and skiers who designate themselves as Type I receive lower than average ski binding release settings. This corresponds to easier ski binding release in a fall.

Type II Moderate - Skiers who designate themselves as having a Type II Release Preference receive average release/retention settings appropriate for most recreational skiing.

Type III Aggressive - Skiers who designate themselves as a Type Ill receive higher than average release settings. This corresponds to decreased risk of inadvertent binding release and increased risk of non-release. This classification is not recommended for skiers 47lb (21kg) and under.

When will you pick up your equipment?

Pickup hours vary by store. Please check store hours for daily openings and closings. You’re welcome to pick up your rentals the night before your rental start date after 4 PM. Wait times may vary.

Coverage

Have peace of mind on the slopes with our comprehensive ski and snowboard insurance coverage ($2 per day), safeguarding you against accidents, equipment damage, and unforeseen mishaps while enjoying your adventures.

What are your rental policies?

Equipment reservations are based on availability. We will do our best to fill your reservation but there may be high volume times when desired equipment is not available. Renters under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent who will sign the release agreement. Our full rental policy can be viewed by clicking here.

What is your cancellation policy?

Rental requests made within 24 hours of pickup are not guaranteed. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS FORFEITS ALL PRE-PAYMENTS.

What is included with my rental?

Ski package includes skis, boots, bindings, and poles. Snowboard package includes board, binding with leash, and boots.

Do you offer season-long rentals?

We offer season rentals for both skis and snowboards at all locations. The equipment is yours to keep upon renting until April 15th. You can bring it in at any time for a resize or repair. Please contact the store nearest you for more details.

What happens if equipment is lost, stolen, or broken?

We offer equipment damage protection for $2.00 per day that will cover breakage under normal usage. If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged due to negligence, you will be responsible for repair and/or replacement costs.

Do you offer group rates?

We offer group rates for large groups of 15 or more. Please contact the store nearest you for more details.
